How to Add a Pet Deposit

1. Search for the tenant by entering their details in the “Search” field on the “Tenant/List” page

2. Search for the tenant by entering their details in the “Search” field on the “Tenant/List” page

3. Once you are on the “Tenant Details” page, scroll down and click on “Pet Deposit”

4. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to update the pet deposit information

5. Tick the “Edit Pet Deposit” checkbox to enable editing of the pet deposit details

6. Enter the amount in the “Deposit Amount” field

7. Please select the appropriate option for “Who has the liability of holding the deposit?” by ticking the corresponding box

8. Choose the bank account from the dropdown menu labeled “Deposit Account.”

9. Select the mode of payment from the dropdown menu under “Payment Method.”

10. Enter any applicable reference number in the “Reference” field

11. Write any comments or feedback regarding the deposit or transaction in the “Some note about this deposit” field

12. Click “Update” to complete the process
