What if we don’t want to let our tenants update their payment profiles? Is that possible? The answer is ‘YES.’ There is an option to disable the tenant’s payment profile update.
Follow the steps below to disable the tenant payment profile update from the tenant portal:
- Go to Tenant Management > Tenant
- Choose the Tenant > View Details (right-facing arrow)
- Scroll down to the Finance section > Payment Profile
- Make sure that the ‘Allow Tenant To Update Payment Profile’ box has NO green check
