How to record an invoice for non rental income?

Is it possible to record an invoice for non-rental income, i.e. consulting fees, renting out equipment, and snow removal? The answer is YES. We provide flexibility inside the portal for our clients

For this purpose, you can use ‘Quick Income’.

Follow the steps to add quick income:

  • Go to Accounting > Inflow > Income
  • Click Add Quick Income
  • On the next page, fill in the required field
  • Once done, click Add Income

Note: The income created here will not have any invoice references (no invoice will be generated for this income). Please use this section if you would like to add a quick income for your property or unit. All the accounting transactions will be added appropriately.

If you would like to create an income with invoice tracking, please go to the invoice section and create a new invoice. Also, if you would like to track an income related to a tenant, you must create an invoice first.
