4. The other type of invoice under the Tenant Category is the Non-Rental Invoice, which we also refer to as Tenant Invoice.

5. Tenant invoices are used for non-rent-related charges, such as maintenance fees, utility bills, or any additional costs that need to be billed to tenants.

6. Under the Owner Category, let’s talk about Owner Charges.

7. Management Fee Charge, is the fee you charge the property owner for managing their property. This could be a percentage of the rent collected, or a fixed fee, depending on your agreement with the owner.

8. And lastly, we have the Owner Invoice under the Owner Category.

9. Owner Invoice is used to bill the owner, for any specific charges or expenses incurred, such as maintenance costs, repairs, or other services provided for their property.
