There are two instances that you need to check if a tenant cannot change their email address from their account:
- If the tenant is not a registered tenant, you can change the tenant’s email from the ‘Admin Portal. ‘
> Go to the Tenant detail page.
> From the Action menu, click ‘Edit Tenant Contact‘.
> Update the email with a new email and click ‘Save’. - If the tenant is a registered user, our back-end teams need to update the email.
> Send an email to help@mipropertyportal.com
> Confirm the email address that you want to change and we will send the request to our back-end team after the confirmation.
