How to Add Private Admin-Only Documents to Invoices

Add internal documents to invoices that only your admin team can see—tenants and owners cannot access these.

Perfect for: Cost breakdowns, team memos, or sensitive notes.

Steps

  1. Go to Accounting > Invoices.

  2. Create a new Tenant or Owner invoice.

  3. At the bottom, find the document sections:

    • Documents – Visible to everyone

    • Private Documents – Admin-only access

  4. Upload to Private Documents section.

  5. Click Submit.

Result: Invoice sent with hidden admin docs visible only to your team.
