How to Share Reports with Owner

Hi, in this video, we’ll walk you through how to share a report with owner.

1. There are multiple ways to do this—you can email the report, save it, or download it as a PDFTop right side of the corner

2. Click on the “Reports” icon in the top right corner of the screenClick here

3. Select the “Owner” tabClick 'Owner'

4. Choose any any of the reports to proceed withClick 'Rent & Disbursements'

5. Click on Property dropdown, to select the property. The Management Fee Settings will auto-populate based on the property configuration. Next, choose the year and period. Finally, click on the View Report buttonClick 'Select Property'

6. The report will appear. On the top right side, notice the options to share the report with your owner. If you email the report, system will email the report as an attachment. It will save the report in the owner portal. It will also keep a copy of the pdf file, in the owner portalClick share
