How to Change Service Request Notification Email

Update which email(s) receive tenant service request alerts for better team coverage.

Steps

  1. From Dashboard > Settings > Notification Settings.

  2. Verify Service Request notifications are TURNED ON:

    • Use Ctrl+F > search “Service Request”

    • Toggle global switch if needed

  3. Click Other Notification Emails.

  4. Enter email(s) for service requests:

    • Format: email1@domain.com, email2@domain.com

    • Max: 5 emails per category

  5. Click Submit.

Result: Service request notifications route to your specified emails.
