Update which email(s) receive tenant service request alerts for better team coverage.
Steps

From Dashboard > Settings > Notification Settings.

Verify Service Request notifications are TURNED ON:

Use Ctrl+F > search “Service Request”

Toggle global switch if needed

Click Other Notification Emails.

Enter email(s) for service requests:

Format:
email1@domain.com, email2@domain.com -
Max: 5 emails per category

Click Submit.
Result: Service request notifications route to your specified emails.
