1. Once you’re logged in, click on the property management dropdown menu

2. Click “Properties”

3. Click “Other Action

4. Then select portfolio/grouping

5. Then click “Link Owner’s” from the Action column from any selected portfolio you wish for

6. Now, select one or more owners you want to link to this portfolio

7. Click on Update to save changes
