How to permit an admin to view sent items by other admins?

1. only you can view your sent emails. However, you can now grant permission for other admins to access your sent items

Click here

2. Once you’ve logged into the dashboard, click on ‘Manage Admin Access’ to proceed

Click 'Manage Admin Access'

3. Click on the name of any admin to get into the details

Click 'Regular Admin'

4. Under “Permissions” tab, you can see “Not permitted” & permitted box

Click 'Filter'

5. Type “mail” in the ‘Not Permitted’ box

Click 'mail'

6. Select ‘View Other Admin Mailbox’

Click 'View other admin mailbox (sent items)'

7. Now, click on the ‘Move’ icon to transfer the email to the ‘Permitted’ tab

Click here

8. See, here is the permitted item

Click 'View other admin mailbox (sent items)'

9. Finally, click on ‘Update Permissions” button

Click 'Update Permissions'
