In the portal, you can invite a prospective tenant to sign a Covid screening form.

Follow the steps below on how to invite prospects to sign the covid screening form:

• Go to Sales Marketing > Prospective Tenants
• Choose the Prospect Tenant that you want to email the covid screening form
• Click ‘View Details’ below the Action column
• Scroll until the Covid Screening section > click the Email icon
• Enter the email address of the prospective tenant > Send Email
