What Happens Next

A new tenant profile is created.

The tenant can receive an email to join the Tenant Portal.
Important Notes
-
E-signature works only for new system-generated leases.
-
The tenant signature must be completed before the landlord signature request is sent.
-
The portal can also send signature requests to co-applicants or additional tenants if needed.
This version keeps the process clear, sequential, and easier for clients to follow.
