Checking your rent report submission history

Rent Report Batch Submission History lists every batch you've submitted, with its status. Click a Batch ID to see each tenant record and whether it was accepted.

How do I view my history?

  1. Open the Rent Report Batch Submission History page.
  2. Review the list: Batch ID, Status, Reporting Month, Tenant Count and Submitted By. The Total Batches counter is at the top.
  3. Click a Batch ID to open Batch Submission Records, which lists every tenant record in the batch with its own status.
  4. Use search, filters, or Excel, CSV or PDF export on either list.

What do the statuses mean?

StatusMeaning
PendingReceived and waiting to be processed.
SubmittedSent on for processing to Equifax.
Accepted, Approved, SuccessAccepted.
Rejected, FailedNot accepted. Check the record's details.
Partialy Pending / Rejected / ApprovedThe batch has records with different statuses. Open the batch to see each one.

If records were rejected and you're not sure why, contact support with the Batch ID.
