How to add additional terms and conditions or addendum in a lease?

125 views 1 December 1, 2022 Updated on July 7, 2025 mippsupportadmin

To add additional terms and conditions or addendum to a lease, you must first upload them to the system.

Follow this guide to upload terms and conditions: How to Upload Additional Terms and Conditions

Once your terms and conditions have been uploaded to the portal, you can add them to a lease during the lease creation process.

Step to Add Additional Terms and Conditions in a Lease:
During lease creation, at Step 7 (this may vary depending on your province), you will see an option to choose additional terms and clauses from the dropdown. Select the relevant terms you uploaded and proceed with finalizing the lease.

In addition to your selection, you can type in a maximum of 50000 characters of text, which will be added as an additional document with the lease.
