How to Upload Lease Addendum for Additional Terms?

69 views 0 December 1, 2022 Updated on May 21, 2025 mippsupportadmin

Mi Property Portal allows uploading many terms and conditions on the portal. You can upload an unlimited number of documents. However, only three(3) pre-loaded terms and conditions can be attached to a lease document. Here are some facts about the uploaded file:

  • It must be a PDF file.
  • There is no limit on the number of pages in that file. However, the load time of the lease will be very slow if the terms and conditions file is too large.
  • The uploaded file can be viewed but can not be edited on the portal.

1. Once you’ve logged in, click the settings gear icon in the top-left corner

2. Then, choose Lease Settings from the options

Click 'Lease Settings'

3. You’ll now see the section where you can upload additional terms

Click 'Additional Terms'

4. To upload a term, simply click on Upload Term

Click 'Upload Term'

5. Make sure to give it a clear title, and feel free to add an optional description for more context

Click 'Title (required)'

6. Next, select the PDF file you’d like to upload from your computer

Click '+'

7. Once selected, click Upload to finish

Click 'Upload'

8. You can upload additional terms by repeating this process

Click 'Upload Term'

9. All uploaded terms will be available in the Additional Terms section or in Step 7 of the lease creation process

Click 'Additional Terms Upload Term'
