How to Add Multiple Parking spots for already Lease Created Tenants

1. Click on tenant management drop-down, then select tenant

Click on tenant management drop-down, then select tenant.2. Search for the tenant by entering their details in the Search field on the Tenant/List page. Then, click on the tenant’s name to navigate to the Tenant Details pagetoto

3. Click the ADD icon located next to the CAR icon on the left-middle side of the screen

Click 'ADD'4. Click on the Parking field and enter the unit numberClick 'Parking #'5. Click on the Parking Amount field and enter the parking amountClick 'Parking Amount *'6. Click Parking cost is included in rent only if the parking amount is already included in the rentClick 'Parking cost is included in rent'7. Choose to have a separate line item for parking in invoices

Tick the box beside 'Separate line item for 'Parking' in rental invoices' if you want parking to appear as a separate line item on the rental invoice. Please note that the rental invoice amount will include both the base rent and the parking amount.

8. Tick the box for Generate separate Parking invoice (applicable when auto generate invoice is enabled)Click 'Generate separate 'Parking' invoice (applicable when auto generate invoice is enabled)'9. Click on SubmitClick 'Submit'
