You can either change or reset your password. To change the password, you need to be logged in to the portal. Here are the steps to change the password:
- Click your email address on the top-right to expand the drop-down menu
- Click ‘My Profile‘ link and you will be on ‘My Profile’ page
- To change your password, click ‘Change Password‘ tab
- Type the current, new password and re-enter the new password
- Submit changes
Note: Password must be 8 characters long and contains one uppercase, one number and special character (except $ and &).
- To reset your password, click the ‘Forgot Password‘ link from the portal login page at https://manage.mipropertyportal.com
- Enter your Email Address > Click ‘Submit‘
- An email will be sent to the email that your provided (make sure to check your Junk or Spam Folder)
- Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
Note: You don’t have to remember your previous password to reset your password
