Yes, admins can update tenant login emails directly in the portal (Tenant portal cannot make this change).
⚠️ Warning: Changing email also updates tenant’s portal login – they must use new email to log in.
Steps

Go to Tenant Management > Tenants.

Select tenant > Details > Actions > Edit Tenant Contact.

Check “Update Tenant Email” box.

Enter new email address.

Warning popup appears: “Tenant login will change” > Confirm.

Click Update.
Result: Tenant uses new email for both communications + portal login.
