How to Create a Tenant for a Commercial Unit

1. First click on Tenant Management dropdown, then Select TenantClick 'Tenant'2. In the first scenario, when you click on Add New Tenant, a pop-up will appear with three available optionsClick 'Add New Tenant'3. click on Commercial TenantClick ''Existing Commercial Lease''4. The other scenario is when you click on “Add New Tenant” dropdown on the top right corner of the screenClick here5. The other scenario is when you click on Add New Tenant dropdown on the top right corner of the screenSkip unit6. Now, use the dropdown to choose the appropriate commercial property and its corresponding unit

Click '-- Select Property (required) --'7. If you’d like to add a prospect as a tenant, simply select them from the list

Click '-- Select Prospect (optional) --'8. Fill out the required fields under the Lease Summary sectionClick 'Start of Lease Term *'9. The CAM, Common Area Maintenance, charges are automatically calculated based on the values defined in the property settings

Click 'Unit Area sqft'10. fill out the fields under the Profile / Primary Tenant sectionClick 'ProfilePrimary Tenant'11. You no longer need to provide both an email and phone number when creating a quick tenant      Click 'Email'12. Click on the Lease Document (optional) field to upload any relevant documents, such as lease agreements or supporting files

Click 'Lease document (optional)'13. Click on Submit to complete the process

Click 'Submit'
