There are two types of inspection on MiPropertyPortal.

• One is Move-in/Move-out
• Any other inspection, such as fire equipment inspection, elevator inspection or any other type of inspection other than Move-in/Move-out is “Other Inspection”

For move-in and move-out, we have provided a ‘Default Template’ with all the common questionnaires, a residential property inspection might have. However, for the other inspection type, you need to create a template from scratch.
