You can duplicate a service request if you need to. If you want to, just follow the step below:
- Go to Tenant Management> Service Request
- Click on the ‘Duplicate’ button under Action Or
- You can go to the service details under more actions and click ‘Duplicate.’
- You will get a prompt for confirmation; click Yes, Duplicate
- The service request will be duplicated
