6 views 0 December 1, 2022 Updated on December 10, 2022 mippsupportadmin

The tenant has the ability to enable or disable the autopay option like on the admin side.

Below is the step-by-step instruction to know how to enable or disable auto pay as a tenant: (Tenant Portal)

  • Go to Payment Profile & Invoices
  • On the Auto Pay Rental > Auto Pay Settings
  • Fill in your banking/account information > Tick the AutoPay box to enable or disable this option > Save Profile
  • Note: For every failed payment, there will be an additional fee, so please make sure to provide the right information.
  • Read the terms > tick the boxes if you agree and acknowledge > click ‘Ok.’
