1. Click on “Property Management” dropdown under “Administration”

2. Select “Properties” from the available options

3. Utilize the “Search Property…” field to find the property you wish to manage

4. Observe the vacancy listing button displayed as “ON” if the vacant property listing is already enabled

5. Click on the dropdown menu next to a vacant property

6. Choose “Edit” from the options provided

7. Click on the “Vacancy Listing On” button to disable the vacant property listing

8. Click on “Submit” to confirm and save the modifications

9. Close the pop-up confirmation

10. Click on “Vacancy Listing Off” to enable the property listing again

11. Click on “Submit” to confirm and save the enabling of the vacant property listing

12. Close the pop-up confirmation
