1. Click on “Property Management” dropdown under “Administration”

2. Select “Properties” from the available options

3. Now, use the Search Property field at the top to find the property you want to manage

4. If the property’s Vacancy Listing button is set to On, that means the listing is currently enabled

5. Click on the dropdown menu next to a vacant property

6. Choose “Edit” from the options provided

7. Click on the “Vacancy Listing On” button to disable the vacant property listing

8. Click on “Submit” to confirm and save the modifications

9. The vacant property listing is now successfully disabled. Close the pop-up confirmation

10. Click on “Vacancy Listing Off” to enable the property listing again

11. Click on “Submit” to confirm and save the enabling of the vacant property listing

12. Close the pop-up confirmation
