You can connect several prospects together, designating one as the primary prospect. The other prospects will then be linked to this primary record. This connection facilitates the management of group leases and enables the identification of the primary tenant.

How Prospect Linking Works

• Primary Prospect: One prospect is set as the main contact.

• Linked Prospects: Additional prospects are associated with the primary prospect.

• Lease Creation: When you create a lease for the primary prospect, all linked prospects are automatically included.

• Tenant Identification: This feature enables you to identify the primary tenant named on the lease quickly.

Steps to Link Prospects

1. Navigate to the Prospective Tenants Section

2. Go to the details page of the Primary Prospect:

4. Link Prospects: Choose the prospects you want to link from the prospect linking section (on the bottom-left)

5. Save Changes: Click ‘Update Info’ to finalize the link.
