How do we record a free month of rent for tenants who sign a two-year lease or meet a special leasing condition (e.g., signing by a certain date)?
This can be handled in the same way as a rent discount:
- Open the rental invoice for the free month.
- From the action menu, apply a discount to reflect the waived rent for that month.
