How to Record One-Time Credit for Tenant Services?

77 views 0 October 4, 2024 Updated on October 7, 2024 mippsupportadmin

How should we record a one-time credit for a tenant who performed services like cleaning the house or changing the furnace filter?

You can record this as a rent discount. To do so:

  1. Open the relevant rental invoice.
  2. From the action menu, select the option to apply a rent discount.
