How to Update the Email Body while creating a Work Order?

1. Click “Tenant Management”

Click 'Tenant Management'

2. Click “Service Request”

Click 'Service Request'

3. Once in the Service Request / Work Order / Purchase Order section, click on the Search field to find the tenant

Click here

4. Click “Assign Vendor”

Click 'Assign Vendor'

5. Then click on Create Work Order

Click 'Track work progress, cost, etc.'

6. Click on the Select a vendor dropdown to select the Vendor

Click 'Select a vendor *'

7. Click on the Edit icon next to the Send email to vendor option to select the Vendor

Click here

8. This email is to notify you that a new work order has been assigned to you

Click 'Hello {{wo_performed_by_name}}, This email is to notify you that a new work order has been assigned to you. Please see the summary below: Work Order #: {{wo_number}} Property: {{property_address}} Unit: {{unit_number}} Work Order date: {{wo_date}} Expected Start date: {{wo_expected_start_date}} Expected End date: {{wo_expected_end_date}} {{wolink}} If you have any question or concern, please reply to this email or contact the property manager.'

9. Click “Save”

Click 'Save'
