Mi Property Portal partners with SingleKey for fast tenant screening reports—no special setup required. Always get prospect consent before running a credit check.

Start Screening

1. Go to the Prospect Details page.

2. Click Actions (top-right) > Send Screening Request.

3. You’ll be redirected to SingleKey’s site with auto-populated prospect data.

Choose Your Method

Option 1: Tenant Completes Application (Recommended)

1. Enter basic tenant info (email required).

2. Choose payer:

   • You pay: Add your credit card.

   • Tenant pays: They’ll pay via email link.

3. Send the email request.

4. Tenant receives email, completes form, and submits.

5. You receive: Submission confirmation + completed report email.

Option 2: You Complete Application

1. Fill out the full form yourself (tenant not involved).

2. Pay with your credit card.

3. Submit.

4. You receive: Submission confirmation + completed report email.

View Results

• Return to Prospect List.

• Status changes to “Screening Completed”.

• Download report link appears in the Status column.
