You can deactivate properties (keeps all data) and reactivate anytime—no deletion needed.
Deactivate a Property

Log into Admin Portal > Property Management > Properties.

Click the property name to open Property Details.

Top-right: More Actions dropdown (below “+New Property”).

Select Deactivate > Yes, Submit.
Status: Property now shows as inactive.
Activate a Property

Go to Property Management > Properties.

Top-right: Other Actions dropdown.

Select View Inactive Properties.

In the list, click Turn On (under Action column).

Yes, Submit.
Status: Property reactivated and visible again.
