How to Activate or Deactivate a Property

You can deactivate properties (keeps all data) and reactivate anytime—no deletion needed.

Deactivate a Property

  1. Log into Admin Portal > Property Management > Properties.

  2. Click the property name to open Property Details.

  3. Top-right: More Actions dropdown (below “+New Property”).

  4. Select Deactivate > Yes, Submit.

Status: Property now shows as inactive.

Activate a Property

  1. Go to Property Management > Properties.

  2. Top-right: Other Actions dropdown.

  3. Select View Inactive Properties.

  4. In the list, click Turn On (under Action column).

  5. Yes, Submit.

Status: Property reactivated and visible again.
