Follow the steps below to return the deposit.:
- Go to Tenant Management > Tenant.
- Choose the tenant that you want to return a deposit.
- Go to the Deposit section > Click Returned.
- Select the Transaction Date > enter the Return Amount > Method (optional) > ‘Submit’
- Once it is submitted, Partially submitted will show (Partially submitted will show if the Deposit amount is not yet fully returned)
- If the deposit amount is fully returned or refunded, the Returned text cannot be clicked again unless you add a new deposit. You also have the option to delete the return transactions.
- Just click the delete icon, and the transaction will be deleted and the returned amount will be reflected in the deposit amount.
