Communication with the owner regarding the work order has never been this easier. Admins can now send an email to owners regarding the work order inside the portal.
Send an Email to the Owner regarding the work order:
- Click Tenant Management > Work Order
- Choose the work order > click view details
- More Action > Send Email to Owner
- A “Send Email to Owner – Confirmation will show”; review the email address
- You can also send a copy of the email to up to 3 valid emails
- Once done, click ‘Submit.’
