List of LTB/provincial forms

LTB forms are available for all the provinces except for Quebec and the territories to the north. The list of all provincial LTB forms is listed below and categorized.

Ontario:

1) N1 – Notice Of Rent Increase

2) N4 – Notice To End Tenancy Early For Non-Payment Of Rent

3) N5 – Notice To End Tenancy For Interfering With Others, Damage Or Overcrowding

4) N7 – Notice To End Tenancy For Causing Serious Problems

5) N8 – Notice To End Tenancy Due To End Of Term

6) N10 – Agreement To Increase Rent Above The Guideline

7) N11 – Agreement To End The Tenancy

British Columbia:

1) RTB-7 – Notice of Rent Increase (Residential Rental Units)

2) RTB-33 – One Month Notice To End Tenancy For Cause

3) RTB-30 – 10 Day Notice To End Tenancy For Unpaid Rent Or Utilities

Manitoba:

1) Form 3 – Assignment or Subletting of Tenancy Agreement

2) Form 1A – Notice of Rent Increase

3) Form 10 – Notice of Termination by Landlord (For cause other than non-payment of rent or tenant services charge)

4) Form 8 – Notice of Termination by Landlord (For all residential tenancies, other than tenancies respecting a mobile home, mobile home site or both)

New Brunswick:

1) SN 7021 – Notice of Termination to Tenant

2) SN 7016 – Notice to Vacate

3) Form 7 – Request for Consent to Assign

Newfoundland & Labrador:

1) Section 16 – Landlord’s Notice to Increase Rent

2) Sections 19,20,21,22,24 – Landlord’s Notice to Terminate Early (Cause)

Nova Scotia:

1) Form D – Landlord’s Notice to Quit for Rental Arrears

2) Form E – Landlord’s Notice to Quit (Breach of Statutory Condition)

3) Form F – Landlord’s Notice to Quit (Additional Circumstances)

Prince Edward Island:

1) Form 10 – Notice of Increase in Rent of Residential Premises

2) Form 4 – Notice of Termination By Lessor of Rental Agreement

Saskatchewan:

1) Form 5 – Notice of Rent Increase

2) Form 7 – Immediate Notice to Vacate and Notice of Arrears

3) Form 7a – Notice of Utility Arrears

4) Form 8 – Notice to Vacate (One Calendar Month)

  Where can I find the link to Move in/Move out inspection report in the tenant profile?

If I renew a tenant lease can I still access tenant’s previous invoices?
