1. Go to manage.mipropertyportal.com
2. Here is your account dashboard
3. Click “Tenant Management”
4. Click on tenant
5. Choose a specific tenant”
6. Verify that no rent discount is currently set
7. Click “No rent discount”
8. Click “Apply discount when tenant pays the rent before rent due date”
9. Click “Fixed Amount”
10. Click “Percentage of Rent”
11. For example If I input 5%
12. Choose to cancel or submit the discount changes
