1. Click “Tenant Management”

2. Then click on Tenant

3. Select a specific Tenant’s form dropdown menu

4. Click on NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER feature

5. On the Notice of Intent to Enter form page, fill out all the necessary information

6. Click on download & save or PDF button

7. Then get back to the Tenant list page & click on that tenant name to go to the details page

8. Click on the form dropdown menu

9. Click “VIEW HISTORY”

10. Now, you can see the download & save PDF forms in this section
