How to Assign a Task to a Team Member from Service Request?

1. Click “Tenant Management”

Click 'Tenant Management'

2. Click on Service Request under Tenant Management dropdown

Click 'Service Request'

3. Search for a Service Request that needs to be assigned. Then click on View Details icon under Action menu

Click here

4. Click on Assign Internal

Click 'Assign Internal'

5. Click on Select an Admin (internal) dropdown beside Assign to icon to select the Team Member

Click '--- Select an Admin (internal) ---'

6. Click on the comments field to add necessary comments

Click 'Write a comment for the task ...'

7. Click on Submit to complete the process

Click 'Submit'

8. Now, view the submission summary here

Click 'Summary Submitted On: Jul 12, 2024'
