How to deactivate a property?

3 views 0 December 5, 2022 Updated on December 24, 2022 mippsupportadmin

A property can be deactivated when the property management company no longer manages it. However, they want to keep the data alive in our system. For example, A property is sold to a new landlord and the landlord wants to manage the property by himself or herself. The property manager wants to keep the information about this property alive in the system with the hope that the new landlord might come back to them for property management services.

Follow the steps below to deactivate a property:

  • Go to the property details page
  • Click Actions > Deactivate
  • Read the information carefully and click ‘Yes, Submit. ‘
