This tutorial will walk you through the steps to How to fill out the tenant bulk upload file

1. Enter the Property Name in the Property Column (Required)

5. Enter the Tenant First Name in the FirstName column (Required)

6. Enter the Tenant Last Name in the LastName column (Required)

7. Enter the Tenant Email in the Email column (Optional)

8. Enter the Phone Number in the Phone column (Optional). If provided, it must be 10 digits

9. Enter the Tenant Date of Birth in the DOB column (Optional)

10. Enter the Lease Start Date in the LeaseStartDate column (Required)

11. The Lease Start Date will be used as the Rent Due Date (usually the 1st of the month). If the tenant moves in early, a partial rental charge can be created

13. If the Lease End Date is not provided, the system will set the lease as month-to-month
