1. Go to the Tenant section under Tenant Management in the dropdown menu

2. On the Tenant List page, search for the primary tenant or select one from the list

3. Open the primary tenant’s Details page for the specific unit. You can split the total rent among multiple tenants living in the same unit. To do this, ensure each additional tenant has a separate profile. On the Details page, you’ll see the primary tenant’s rent amount

4. To add additional tenants, scroll down to the Other Tenants section and click the edit icon

5. A pop-up will appear. Fill in the additional tenant’s name, email, phone, date of birth, etc.

6. You can add up to 5 additional tenants

7. Click on update

8. Once the additional tenant is added, create their profile

9. Click Create Profile. This gives the new tenant separate login access

10. In the rent amount box, divide the rent between the primary and additional tenants as needed

11. To edit the primary tenant’s rent, check the box and enter the new amount

12. To make this tenant the primary one, check the corresponding box

13. When done, click Create Profile to finalize

14. Now the rent is split, and the process is complete. You can check out the new rent amount of the primary tenant, here
