Mi Property Portal offers a highly detailed property inspection system. In this quick video, I’ll walk you through an overview of how it works. Let’s dive in!
1. Two inspection types are available:
Move-in/Move-out and Other Inspection. The Other Inspection type allows for conducting any type of inspection as needed
2. About Move-in/Move-out Inspection
Move-in/Move-out Inspection includes a pre-built template with standard residential inspection questions. Custom templates can be created by modifying the default one
3. About Other Inspection
Other Inspection allows for various inspections, such as fire equipment checks, elevator inspections, or other non-move-in/move-out assessments. A template must be created from scratch, as no default is provided
4. Categories, Questions and Answer Options
The template is organized into categories, each containing one or more questions with multiple-choice answer options. Customization is flexible—categories, questions, and answer choices can be added, removed, or modified as needed. Once customized, the template is ready for use in inspections
