How to Update or Apply Monthly Lawful Rent?

Now, let’s see how to increase or update the monthly lawful rent for a tenant in our portal. It’s a straightforward process, so let’s dive right in!

Go to manage.mipropertyportal.com

1. Once you’re on the dashboard, head over to the left-hand navigation menu, and click on “Tenant”

2. Use the search bar at the top—just type in their name or details and hit enter

3. Inside the tenant’s profile, look for the “Action” button at the top-right corner

4. Click it to open a dropdown menu, and from there, select “Rent History”

5. You’ll be prompted to set a “New Start Date” & “New Rent Amount”
