You can configure CAM Calculation for a property. If the Property is Commercial, you get the option to set Cam Calculation. 

To check the property status, follow the steps below::

•  Go the Property management> Property
• Go to the details of the Property you want to see
• Click edit 
• Under General Info, provide the CAM Calculation details:
  • Area for CAM Calculation
  • Calculation Method (what method do you want the calculation to be based on)
  • Amount (A manual or fixed charge)
  • Commercial Rent Tax
• Click “Save General Info” to save your CAM Calculation setup.
