If a tenant makes two e-transfer payments to our office in the same month, but only one is applied to the current invoice, how should we manage the other payment?

There are two options:

1. You can record the additional payment as a tenant credit. This credit can then be applied toward next month’s rent invoice.
2. Alternatively, you can manually create the next month’s rental invoice in advance and apply the extra payment to that invoice.
