How to Send Different LTB/RTB Notices to Tenant?

1. Click “Tenant Management”

2. Click “Tenant”

3. Search or select the tenant and click on the drop-down icon under the form column

4. Select any form from the dropdown list

5. After clicking on a form, you will be redirected to the Form “Edit” Page

6. Select the “Termination Date.”

7. Tick the “Reason” boxes

8. Fill in the Date/Time for the events leading up to the eviction

9. Fill in the Date/Time for the events leading up to the eviction

10. Fill in the required information

11. Review the details carefully

12. Tick the necessary boxes

13. Fill in any additional required information (optional)

14. Carefully review all the information

15. Check the box that says, ‘I confirm the validity of the form and its content

16. Click on “Send Email”

17. Enter a subject for the email

18. Type the email content

19. Tick the “Add a calendar event” box to get notified

20. Click on “Send Email to Tenant”
