  • Other Tenant Details – Load Time Improvement
    Previous:Clicking the "Other Tenant" button on the Tenant Details page was time-consuming, taking a long time to load the other tenant's details and slowing down the overall workflow.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. The "Other Tenant" button now loads tenant details significantly faster, providing a smoother and more efficient experience when switching between tenant records.

Tenant Management › Tenant List Page › Bulk Action › Bulk Email Rent Receipt

  • Bulk Rent Receipt – Sent to One or More Selected Tenants
    Previous:Rent receipts could only be sent to a single tenant at a time, from the Tenant Details page.
    Now:Rent receipts can now be sent in bulk to one or more selected tenants directly from the Tenant List Page using the Bulk Action › Bulk Email Rent Receipt option, making the process faster and more efficient for property managers handling multiple tenants at once.

  • Sent Mailbox Not Saving Tenant Form Emails – Fixed
    Previous:The Sent Mailbox was not working properly. When sending a form email to a tenant, the email did not get stored in the Sent Mailbox folder, making it impossible to locate or review previously sent form communications.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Form emails sent to tenants are now correctly stored in the Sent Mailbox, ensuring all communications are properly logged and accessible for future reference.

  • Bulk Email Template – Word Document Formatting Fix
    Previous:When content from a Word document was copied into the Bulk Email editor, the original formatting was lost. Although the Word document appeared neat and properly aligned, the resulting email was messy, with misaligned lines and broken formatting. This occurred every time Word document content was copied into the application.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Content copied from Word documents into the Bulk Email editor now retains its formatting and alignment correctly, ensuring emails sent to tenants appear clean and properly structured.

Tenant Management › Tenant › Receipt › Email Yearly Rent Receipt

  • Sent Rent Receipt Emails Not Visible in Sent Items – Fixed
    Previous:When a rent receipt email was sent to a tenant using the Bulk Email option, the sent email was not accessible afterward. Property managers could not locate or review the email from the Sent Emails section in MIPP, making it difficult to confirm delivery or retrieve receipt records.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Rent receipt emails sent via the Bulk Email option are now correctly logged and visible in the Sent Emails section, allowing property managers to easily access, review, and confirm all previously sent receipt communications.

  • LTB Forms & Email Notifications – Activity Log & Sent Items Fix
    Previous:
    There were several issues with how LTB notices and general emails were tracked within the system:
    • LTB notice emails were not being saved in the Mailbox Sent Items folder and did not appear in the Activity Log on the Tenant Details page.
    • General emails sent from the Tenant Details page (via the top-right popup) were not appearing in the Activity Log, even though they were correctly saved in Mailbox › Sent Items.
    • When viewing the Activity Log, there was no way to open and review the content of a sent email — clicking an activity entry did not open the email.
    Now:
    All three issues have been resolved:
    • LTB notice emails are now saved in the Mailbox Sent Items folder and correctly logged in the Tenant Activity Log.
    • General emails sent from the Tenant Details page now also appear in the Activity Log for complete communication tracking.
    • Activity log entries that contain emails now include a clickable link. When clicked, the full email opens in a modal popup — enabling property managers to review sent communications directly without leaving the page.

    Previous:Only a 15-day trial period was available. After the trial ended, users were required to become paid customers or their accounts would be closed. There was no free ongoing option.
    Now:
    A full Subscription Module has been launched with the following plans:
    • Free – Available for lifetime at no cost.
    • Basic – Entry-level paid plan.
    • Essential – Mid-tier plan with additional features.
    • Premium – Full-featured top-tier plan.
    Each plan displays clear Upgrade, Current Plan, and Downgrade options, making it easy for users to manage their subscription at any time. Users can stay on the Free Plan for life without being forced to upgrade.

  • Rental Listing – Dual Video Support (Property & Unit Level)
    Previous:On the rental listing page, only one video could be displayed — specifically at the property level. There was no option to add or show a separate video at the unit level.
    Now:Rental listings now support two videos — one at the property level and one at the unit level. Both videos are displayed on the listing page, giving prospects a more complete view of both the property and the specific unit.

  • Rental Listing – Non-YouTube Video URL Not Playing Fix
    Previous:When a non-YouTube video URL was uploaded under the unit type or listing, the video did not play on the listing page. The link was supposed to display and play within the video section, but it failed to function correctly.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. All video links — including non-YouTube URLs — now play correctly within the video section of the rental listing page, ensuring a consistent and reliable viewing experience for prospects.
  • Dashboard – New Prospects Section Not Populating Fix
    Previous:The "New Prospects" section on the dashboard was not populating when someone new filled out an application. This broke a key workflow that allowed admins to quickly see which new prospects had been received and addressed. The section had been working correctly until a few months prior when it stopped functioning.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. The New Prospects section on the dashboard now correctly populates when a new application is submitted, restoring visibility and allowing admins to efficiently track and respond to incoming prospects.

  • Sales Tax Audit Report – Duplicate HST Entries Fix
    Previous:When running the Sales Tax Audit Report (HST), duplicate entries were appearing each time the report was executed. Running the report multiple times caused the same HST records to show repeatedly, making the report unreliable and difficult to interpret.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. The Sales Tax Audit Report now displays accurate and deduplicated HST entries regardless of how many times the report is run, ensuring consistent and reliable results.

    Previous:The Reconciliation page took a very long time to load, causing delays and inefficiencies for users trying to review and reconcile transactions.

  • Signup Flow – SMS Confirmation Added
    Previous:During the first-time signup process, confirmation was only sent via email at the end of the signup flow. Users had no option to confirm through their phone.
    Now:
    Confirmation is now available via both email and phone:
    • A text message (SMS) is sent to the user's phone.
    • Users can confirm directly from the SMS, making the signup process more secure and convenient.

  • Rental Application – Signature Section Update
    Previous:
    In the Signature section of the rental application, there were only two checkboxes available:
    • I consent to the collection and use of my personal information.
    • I consent to credit check.
    This limited the scope of applicant acknowledgment.
    Now:
    A third checkbox has been added:
    • By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following "Rental Application – Terms & Consent."
    This enhancement ensures applicants explicitly agree to the terms and consent before submission, strengthening compliance and clarity in the application process.

Property Management › Property Details

  • Welcome Message for Property Owners
    Previous:Property owners who wanted to send a welcome message to tenants had no option to configure or store such text within the system. Any welcome message had to be managed manually, outside of the portal.
    Now:
    A new option has been added:
    • Owners can provide their welcome message text, which will be stored in the database and displayed accordingly.
    • Currently, the message must be submitted to the support team for setup.
    • In the future, property owners will be able to configure and manage welcome messages directly from the user interface.

Bug Fix

Property Management › Property Details

  • Property Details – Rental Application Submission Fix
    Previous:If any document field in Property Details contained a null value, the rental application could not be submitted. This blocked applicants from completing the process even when other required information was provided.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Rental applications can now be submitted successfully even if certain document fields in Property Details are null, ensuring smoother application handling and fewer submission errors.

  • Inspection – Photo Upload Issue Resolved
    Previous:During move-out inspections, photos were not uploading correctly. Although the system indicated that images had been saved, they did not appear in the inspection document. This caused incomplete records and confusion for property managers.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Photos uploaded during inspections now save properly and display at the bottom of the inspection document as expected, ensuring complete and accurate inspection records.

Accounting › Bulk Payment

  • Bulk Payment – Column Layout Adjustment
    Previous:In the Bulk Payment section, the column arrangement was not user-friendly. The Reference column was placed away from the Amount column, and there was no Deposit Date column available next to the Payment Date column. This made reviewing and managing payments less efficient.
    Now:
    The issue has been fixed:
    • The Reference column has been shifted next to the Amount column for easier cross-checking.
    • A new Deposit Date column has been added next to the Payment Date column, improving clarity and workflow in bulk payment management.

    Previous:In Tenant Management › Tenant › Tenant Details, when a form or mail was sent to a tenant, there was no quick way to view the mail directly from the tenant's activity summary. Users had to navigate manually to check the details.
    Now:A new "View Email" button has been introduced in the Tenant Activity Summary. With a single click, users can easily open and review the mail, making tenant communication tracking faster and more convenient.

    Several enhancements have been made to the Tenant Details page:
    • Finance Section: Current Due Amount has been added for quick visibility of outstanding balances.

  • Guarantor Signature Request
    Previous:On the Prospective Details page, under the Guarantor Info section, there was only a "Send Application" button available to send the guarantor their application. No option existed to directly request a signature.
    Now:A new "Request Signature" button has been added. Property managers can now send a signature request directly to the guarantor, streamlining the process and reducing extra steps.

  • Rental Application Link in Unit Type Details
    Previous:On the Property Unit Type Details page, there was no dedicated section for sharing rental application links. Users had to manually manage and distribute links, which was less efficient.
    Now:
    A new "Rental Application Link" section has been added:
    • Includes a Copy to Clipboard button to quickly copy and share the link.
    • Added an Email button to send the rental application link directly to prospects with ease.
    This enhancement streamlines the process of sharing rental applications, saving time and improving prospect engagement.

Prospective Tenant › List Page / Prospective Tenant Details Page › Edit

  • Prospective Tenant Status Change Fix
    Previous:When attempting to change the status of a prospective tenant, the update would not hold. Any changes made would automatically reverse back to the original status, preventing proper tracking of tenant progress.
    Now:The issue has been fixed. Status changes for prospective tenants now save correctly, allowing property managers to update and maintain accurate tenant records without reversal errors.

  • Rent Roll Report – PDF Layout & Design Improvements
    Previous:The Rent Roll Report PDF layout was broken, with many columns misaligned and appearing on separate lines. This made the report difficult to read and less professional in presentation.
    Now:The PDF design has been improved. Columns are now properly aligned, and key fields are displayed neatly. The report looks cleaner, more organized, and easier to interpret.
  • Application Resubmission After Deletion
    Previous:When an enquiry was submitted and an application was created, the same email address could not be used to submit another application. This restriction prevented resubmission even if the original application had been deleted.
